Recommended to treat your wooden cutting once or twice a month with Howard cutting board oil and Howard butcher block conditioner or other similar products, instruction on the container how to apply.
Treatments prevent the board from drying and cracking, sealing the surface from bacterial growth and prolongs the life of the board.
